Getting started

This guide covers the normal day-to-day workflow for a C2O user.

1. Sign in and choose your tenant

Open the C2O address provided by your organisation and sign in with your work account. After signing in, choose the tenant you want to work in if your account has access to more than one.

The tenant name is shown in the user menu. Orders and administration settings always belong to the currently selected tenant.

2. Check the dashboard

The dashboard shows the number of orders awaiting review. Select Review orders or open Orders from the navigation to see the order list.

You can filter the list by status and change the number of results shown per page. Select an order to open its details.

3. Submit an order 📝

  1. Open Orders and select Intake order.
  2. Paste or type the incoming order request into the text area.
  3. Add up to three supporting files when needed. PDF files are recommended for the best extraction results. Each file must be smaller than 20 MB.
  4. Select Send.

The text must contain some content and may contain up to 100,000 characters. Keep the original request wording where possible: it gives C2O useful context for extracting the order.

After submission, C2O creates the order with the status Processing. Open the order when it changes to Awaiting review.

4. Review and decide

On the order page, work through the review panel:

  1. Make sure all edits are saved.
  2. Resolve the displayed validation issues.
  3. Open the Sources panel and confirm each source document.

When all three steps are complete, select Approve order and confirm that you compared the order with all source documents. Add an optional review comment if useful.

If the order should not be processed, select Reject order and enter a reason. Rejected orders become read-only.

For the detailed review procedure, see Reviewing an order.

If extraction fails

Open the affected order and read the error message. If Retry extraction is available, use it after checking that the submitted text and attachments contain the required information. If retrying does not resolve the problem, contact your C2O administrator or support contact and include the order ID.

Sign out

Open your user menu and select Log out when you finish your session.
