What is Channel to Order? ​

Channel to Order (C2O) turns incoming customer order requests into structured orders. It reads the order text and attached source documents, looks up supporting customer and product information, and prepares the result for a human review.

The reviewer remains in control: every order can be checked against its sources, corrected, validated, and either approved or rejected before it is sent to the configured external system.
